The Community Hospice is a nonprofit organization that provides a range of health care services for patients in upstate New York. It offers grief and bereavement programs and services. The organization also provides a variety of individual and family counseling solutions. The Community Hospice treats patients with emphysema, chronic bronchitis, AIDS, and heart and kidney diseases. In addition, it offers various volunteer opportunities and palliative care services. The organization organizes Share the Light campaign. The Community Hospice accepts insurance plans from Medicare and Medicaid. It also serves children and teenagers and conducts fundraising activities. The organization operates The Community Hospice Foundation.

Established in 1976, the Family Counseling Center of Fulton County Inc. provides a range of mental health and social services for children and families. Based in Gloversville, N.Y., the center provides counseling and psychiatric services for various issues, such as depression, frustration, anger, sadness and despair, among others. It provides an array of services for children, which includes Coordinated Children's Services Initiative (CCSI), Adventure by Choice (ABC), Gloversville at Risk Program (GARP) and Family Support Program. It also offers services for domestic violence victims.
