Founded in 1946, Cardinal McCloskey Services is a nonprofit, nonsectarian, social service agency that serves more than 3,000 children, families and developmentally disabled consumers each year in the state of New York. The agency provides a range of services through over 15 different programs at nearly 15 sites throughout the Bronx and Westchester and Rockland counties. Cardinal McCloskey Services employs more than 450 individuals.
