Terrible customer service. I've literally never had a good experience here. Rude employees who don't know what they're doing and store is always a disaster.

From what I read; Sephora has an interesting history. The company began in 1970 in Paris, then was acquired by Dominique Mandonnaud in 1993, who merged the purchase with his own perfume chain...

They do not take back perfume based on a ridiculous return policy. If the perfume bottle sprays when you are returning it, they won't take it back. No proof that you sprayed it, as it could have...

Love this Sephora! Awesome beauty products and great selections! Some of the employees are wonderful and helpful and others aren't as great so it can be a toss up there but, I love going here!
