And it works.I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Studies favor it because it yields results, measurable and faster than other forms of therapy. CBT is straight forward. Techniques for relaxation, alleviation of fears, coping, decision making, communication, parenting and relationship issues are direct and collaborative. That means we find what works for you.My office is private and personal. My patients have included physicians, principals, children, college students, retirees, couples and families. I have worked with many belief systems. I also have a high level of experience dealing with the Department of Education and private school systems as well as Asperger's and LDs.
