I paid a lot more by using Sears to clean my air ducts (over $400 compared to $88), but did so because I thought it would come with the peace of mind of a job well done... Boy was I wrong. Every...

Their customer service people are so rude. Not professional whatsoever...I called to cancel my cleaning appointment just because they were so irritating to work with. Ya lost yourselves a customer!

i called for restoration and got a quote $1 per SF and they specifically told me that its included a return and a fan is extra charge (which she says required only if u have pads- which I don`t...

Trust in Sears Cleaning. I had my carpets cleaned by Phil and was a great experience. He explained what he was going to do to the carpets, gave me a super price ten times better that Stanley....
