Lia is a certified family nurse practitioner at Schweiger Dermatology Group. Her interest in dermatology grew from her own experiences with acne and a genuine desire to help others improve their skin health. She is particularly drawn to how dermatology combines medical treatment with the opportunity to enhance patients' confidence through skincare and cosmetic solutions.

Dr. Waheed is a board-certified plastic surgeon at Schweiger Dermatology Group. He has more than 50 years of experience in plastic surgery and combines personalized patient care with the latest in cosmetic surgery technology to bring patients both peace of mind and responsible, assured results. He is dedicated to helping people feel better about themselves. Dr. Waheed received his medical degree from Dow Medical College in Karachi, Pakistan in 1973. He completed residencies at Brookdale Hospital Medical Center in Brooklyn and New Rochelle Hospital Medical Center and a rotating surgical internship at John H. Stroger Jr. Hospital in Chicago. His plastic surgery residency took place at Nassau County Medical Center, East Meadow, NY.

Alexa Limes is a Certified Physician Assistant at Schweiger Dermatology Group. She specializes in medical, surgical and cosmetic dermatology. Alexa received her BS in Physician Assistant Studies from St. John's University in Queens, NY. During her education, she obtained didactic and clinical training in various medical specialties and completed elective rotations in plastics and cardiothoracic surgery. Upon graduation, she became an orthopedic surgery physician assistant at the Joint Replacement Center at Montefiore-Einstein in the Bronx, where she practiced for six years.
