History

Schatz Realty Group was started by Albert Schatz in 1964 as Albert P Schatz LLC. Albert initially focused on commercial real estate, and was an integral part of many of the local development projects in Ossining and Croton. He was soon joined in the business by his wife and love of his life Liz Schatz, and they created the dynamic husband/wife duo that was a mainstay in real estate on the county, state and national levels for 40+ years. Al and Liz, both of whom have since passed away, worked in real estate into their 90s. They loved it so much they never thought of stopping until they literally couldn't do it anymore. They were joined by their sons Eric and Gregg, who have since taken over the business. Over time, the office expanded into helping customers and clients buy, sell and rent their homes, in addition to working on commercial projects as they became available. In recent years, all of Al and Liz's 4 grandchildren have helped out in various capacities at the office.

As a 3rd generation Ossining-based business, we've got decades of experience and knowledge in all aspects of real estate here.
