CrossFit begins with a belief in fitness. The aim of CrossFit is to forge a broad, general and inclusive fitness. We have sought to build a program that will best prepare trainees for any physical contingency -- not only for the unknown, but for the unknowable. After looking at all sport and physical tasks collectively, we asked what physical skills and adaptations would most universally lend themselves to performance advantage. Capacity culled from the intersection of all sports demands would quite logically lend itself well to all sport.
CrossFit 165 strives to create a fitness environment where each member regardless of their physical condition upon joining can begin their journey of becoming more fit. Whether recovering from an injury, desiring weight loss, looking to gain more prowess in competition or just being able to attend to your daily needs in a healthier way our approach to fitness is broad and all inclusive. Our mission at CrossFit 165 is to create a community where all levels of physical fitness and health can come together as one.
