About Hear Me Speak, Inc Hear Me Speak, Inc has been providing speech services and counseling to Board of Education students (CPSE and CSE) since 2005, through the independent Agency Provider Agreement for the Provision of Related Services. In addition, the speech services are offered to students at their home, day care, and school premises or, at our facility. In 2005, Hear Me Speak, Inc was started, operating a Speech-Language Pathology facility licensed by the New York State Department of Education, and certified by the American Speech and Hearing Association (ASHA). Hear Me Speak, Inc's programs are approved and funded by the New York State Department of Health, and the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene. Hear Me Speak, Inc provides speech services to children with various speech/language impediments. These services are granted to eligible children and their families in all five boroughs in the city of New York. Our providers have been administering evaluations to early intervention, pre-school, and the school-aged population since 2000. Providing speech evaluations with other agencies over the years, the staff at Hear Me Speak, Inc has experience evaluating early intervention, pre-school, and school-aged children. Our providers have experience evaluating and treating the early intervention population for at least 4+ years. Evaluations have also been administered through various health insurances such as HeatlhPlus, CarePlus, Oxford, GHI, and Empire Blue Cross Blue Shield. Since opening Hear Me Speak, Inc in 2005, our services to clients have been exceptional. We have received remarkable feedback from parents and teachers for our outstanding services.
