History
I discovered bodywork through my own struggles with body image and chronic pain. My inner healer guided me towards an integrative treatment plan where I was able to receive weekly massage and eastern medicine. These adjunct therapies were a key component in re-inhabiting my body, and eventually to a full recovery. They helped me locate my own inner power that delivered me back to the world, ready and energized to live fully and contribute on a higher level. It's my goal to create space for others to discover their own inner power and wisdom so they can emerge as the greatest version of themselves.
