History
We started our 25 year years in the fishing business by running Lake Lonely Boat Livery in Saratoga Springs in 1991. By 2001 we needed more room so we opened Saratoga Tackle around the corner on Saratoga Lake. Shortly after we added a full service archery department. In the fall of 2015 the growing popularity of archery and stream fishing had us relocating to Schuylerville, New York so we could expand and become part of a community.
Specialties
Saratoga Tackle is a freshwater fishing tackle shop with live bait, equipment, knifes, and lures appropriate for local stream, river and lake fishing. We are also full service archery shop with bows, arrows, accessories, set-up, repair and custom strings. We have an outdoor themed gift department as well.
