Saratoga County Fair is conducted by the Saratoga County Agricultural Society in Ballston Spa, N.Y. It organizes a range of entertainment settings that include a family pavilion, beer garden, office arena and a talent pavilion. The fair also offers a large amusement midway, more than 100 vendors and a wide variety of exhibits that include antiques, home art items, flowers, gardening items and conservation displays. Additionally, it provides a variety of food items like candy apples, cotton candies, corn dogs, funnel cakes and sausage sandwiches. Saratoga County Fair is held in the month of July also includes various magic and talent shows.
