Capital District's Premiere Himalayan Salt Cave giving clients a tranquil place to Relax and Breathe in Health. Salt Therapy assist clients relieve symptoms of Respiratory, Skin Disorders and excellent place to relax and detach away from the world. Each Session is approximately 50 minutes that start on the hour. Up to 10 people per hour, Private Sessions are available. The Salt Den also provides Clinical Massage Therapy by NYS License Massage Therapists assisting in pain relief, increase mobility and relaxation. Holistic Facials, Breathwork, Reiki, Red Light Therapy and Infrared Sauna Detoxification are also available.
