We have three rooms available for your stay, each room has a private bath,(no tubs), air conditioning (seasonal),free wifi, television and plush robes for your convenience. There is also a large sitting room, dining room and children s play room, as well as a front porch and rear porch for your enjoyment. Relax between your activities bird watching in our back yard, or napping on the hammock.(seasonal). We are located just a few minutes from town,Hobart william smith college and Seneca lake. within walking distance to most restaurants and shops in town, and the Smith Opera house. We are a Pet friendly and kid friendly B&B, (reservations for this must be made over the phone)
