Rest assured that the length and scope of therapy is tailored to your individual needs. FACTS Counseling offers afternoon, evening and Saturday hours when necessary. New clients are contacted within 24 hours of their initial call. Flexible payment plans are also available on a case by case basis. Progress in therapy is best accomplished when a person feels comfortable in your office, and they feel that the therapist is open-minded, flexible, and compassionate. I view my work with clients as a partnership in change. I am not a listening, note-taking, laid-back therapist.
