Encompassing nearly forty thousand feet of property, the building holds over fifty manufacturers products ; Honeywell, McDonnell & Miller, White Rodgers, Erie, Argo, Tekmar, Barber Colman, Parker, Maxitrol, Trol-A-Temp, Field, Robertshaw, Lux, Safgard, General, and Gar-ber to name few. Today, the business runs rather smoothly. The average employee has been with the company for nearly 18 years. They are the foundation of the company and know their job well. Growth has been conservative and healthy. The office environment is clean and professional, with plenty of room for huge desks, file cabinets, technical manuals, state of the art computers and other essential equipment. The warehouse is organized in alpha numerical order with plenty of room for expansion. Wide aisles facilitate the picking and stocking of material for orders. Loading docks ease the burden of large incoming shipments, and nearly 8000 square feet is dedicated as a holding area for incoming skids. The bulk of our business is shipped via UPS ( fast-track service ), this allows us to track your shipments on computer at all times. We can drop ship directly to your customer and offer NEXT DAY air at ground rates for out of state customers to help reduce their shipping costs. We have become a central hub for the tri-state area, and many of our accounts either pick up, or send their contractors directly to us with their purchase orders. The outside sales staff call on over 1400 accounts and make deliveries during routine scheduled sales calls. Our success has been based on our exceptional personnel, they are truly dedicated to their jobs and helping our wholesalers with their problems. Our staff take up the slack where the manufacturer may not be able to provide the technical assistance or immediate support our customer needs.
