Safelite is a joke. They damaged my bmw while they were putting in my windshield. They jammed my moonroof now it will not open. There was nothing wrong with my moonroof prior to the installation....

Impossible to talk to someone. The shop never answers the phone. It goes to a call center, they connect you to the store and they don't answer and the process repeats. Terrible customer service....
