Arrived on time ( half hour prior the 10 am procedure as told) in this office today. We have noticed another patient was waiting for same doctor ( Dr Kligman) for same surgery appointment time....

Overbooked (1 hour 45 minute wait), uncaring and unfriendly technicians, and hate to say this...rough doctor. They did come around with a snack cart which looked tasty.
