History

I began in 2002 at a fitness center in Queens. In 2006, I started my own business, My Home Trainer and since have specialized in at home personal training. In 2008, I began offering group exercise classes at both private facilities as well as Central Park. I currently work with individual clients around NYC and instruct over 20 classes per week.
