The baker who makes this kind of bread has to be willing to undertake a commitment not just to excellence but to the preservation of a true are form. We have been true to the tradition, even to importing a special oven from italy, in which the breads are baked directly on the hearth floor. A variety of breakfast treats, as well as a full line of cakes, tarts, and pastries, are also available to our customers and wholesale clients.
