Very unfriendly customer service. First call, hung up on. 2nd call, very short, curt, and no mannrrs whatsoever. I won't be shopping at the Lockport location ever!

Great diversity and some unique items if you're willing to wait in line for 30 minutes when they only have one lane open consistently. Employees are not knowledgeable about their products.

Every time we go to this store it is a disaster! Never have merchandise for coupon items, returns are painful and customer service and other workers are really nice but very ill informed.

Do you like going to the store and getting what you need in one trip? If so dont shop at runnings. Every time i go it has been a bad or meh experience. The check out lanes almost always have one...
