Great staff and very helpful & knowledgeable. Had an issue with a damaged item and they gave us a percentage off without us even asking. Very pet friendly too!

I looked online to purchase a gun for a present and it was in stock at Gloversville, NY. Made a 30 mile ride and got there. Went to to part where guns are sold and I'm told they don't have any...

Found a gun in stock, reasonable (but not great) price. However after considerable time finding it in inventory etc they informed me that as an out of state customer they wouldn't sell it to me....
