Staten Island Performing Provider System (SI PPS) is a non-profit social care network that aims to improve the quality of care, reduce costs, and enhance health outcomes for Staten Island's Medicaid and uninsured populations. Through an integrated network of medical, behavioral, and social services agencies, SI PPS works to address social determinants of health, promote health equity, and reduce health disparities.
