Allegedly this hospital has been having troubles meeting safe nurse to patient ratio standards. Subpar staffing dramatically impacts both patients and staff. Recommend know before you go. See...

ER sucks when you're in Trama, they will make you wait no matter how bad you are! Go to Plattsburg NY, If you have time. If you have a real problem they will take you seriously and get you taken...
