The Roycroft Campus in East Aurora, New York, is a National Historic Landmark district and the best-preserved example of the guilds that flourished during the late 19th century, featuring nine of the original fourteen structures, including the Inn, Chapel, Print Shop, Furniture Shop, and Copper Shop. Visitors can explore the rich history and craftsmanship associated with the Arts and Crafts Movement, experiencing the revival of the Roycroft tradition as if the original artisans never left.
The campus offers a range of educational opportunities, including virtual and on-site classes focused on the techniques of the original Roycroft artisans, as well as a shop featuring handmade goods that embody the principles of Head, Heart, and Hand craftsmanship. The Roycroft Campus continues to host events and encourages community support to aid in the ongoing preservation and restoration of this historic site.
