well they managed to source and find a professional tenant for me that stopped paying rent for about 6 months...so definitely stay clear of Royal Property. Took me almost half a year to evict them.

As a tenant if I could give -0 I would, but let me first start off by saying the people that work in the office are by far the worst! you can tell they're not from America so they lack respect....

Very friendly - beware: slippery and dishonest all the way. I know the field of commercial real estate has a reputation for this kind of behavior. But it would be nice if someone broke the trend.

Zero Stars. Warning!!!!! Crooks!!!!! No long story needed. Paid my rent on time, left the apartment in good condition, returned keys on time. And now they won't return my security deposit.

very poor management I stayed at 765 Vose ave in orange NJ, no repairs the ceiling fell in on my daughter head as she was showering, Sabi the building manager was horrible
