The Royal Inn is a 10 minute drive from the University of Buffalo’s north campus and a 15 minute drive from the Buffalo Airport. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the motel. Each room comes with a cable TV, air conditioning, refrigerator and microwave. The Royal Inn has public parking for guests and a 24-hour front desk. The motel has many restaurants like Olive Garden and Bonefish Grill within one mile of the property, along Niagara Falls Boulevard. Boulevard Mall is across from the motel and Niagara Falls is a 20 minute drive away. Golfing and the beach are a 15 minute drive away at Beaver Island State Park.
