At Rochester Regional Health, our philosophy is to meet and accept every individual wherever they are in their path of recovery. And, because addiction affects the whole family, we provide practical support to family members and loved ones to better understand the nature of addiction, and the tools that are necessary for a successful recovery.

The Catholic Family Center is a human service agency that offers a range of housing and employment solutions. It serves children, families and senior citizens. The center is one of the largest providers of family services in Rochester in New York. The Catholic Family Center offers counseling solutions for matters related to substance abuse. It also provides therapeutic foster care, early intervention, parenting, youth and case management services. The center serves more than 64,000 individuals annually. The Catholic Family Center additionally administers unaccompanied refugee minors and employee assistance programs. In addition, it offers mental health care and psychiatric rehabilitation solutions. The Catholic Family Center operates Sanctuary House and the Francis Center.
