Mr. Eberhart has had the distinction of Certified Property Manager from the Institute of Real Estate Management since 1998. He is also a building owner and a real estate broker, and has been in the business for over 20 years. The company manages over 30 different buildings, handling both residential and commercial tenants, mainly on the upper East side of Manhattan. Our office is located at 208 East 85 St in Yorkville, Manhattan. We are open Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 10am to 5pm, and Tuesday and Thursday from 8am to 3pm.
