I love the fried ice cream and sitting outside overlooking the river. The service is always prompt and friendly and it's a great spot for lunch.

This place is clearly the local spot to be. Right in the river; homemade ice cream, great options. A real 5 star place! So why 3 stars? From time to order to time of delivery.... 25 minutes....
