Pros: I like the option to have the applicant pay the fee and fill out the form. Applicant receives an email and follows the prompts. Their chat feature was very helpful providing fast answers....

Rent prep was super helpful. Glad they have a good online presence. They provide good content on what to do as a landlord and how to screen tenants. I look forward to learning more from them.

Rent Prep had people standing by to help with every question or problem I had. I haven't rented to people in a few years. It was easier than I remember and very thorough. THANKS!
