Regional Transit Service-Monroe County

Regional Transit Service is a public transportation company that is based in Rochester, N.Y. The organization provides bussing services for individuals in several New York communities, including downtown Rochester, Henrietta, Penfield, Spencerport, Perinton, Scottsville, Webster, Riverton, Eastview, Hilton, Lima, Macedon, Palmyra, Brockport, Churchville and Hamlin. Regional Transport Service is a part of the Rochester Genesee Regional Transportation Authority. With headquarters on Main Street in Rochester, and governed by 12 commissioners, Rochester Genesee Regional Transportation Authority oversees public transportation in Monroe, Genesee, Livingston, Orleans, Wayne, Wyoming and Seneca counties. The company also serves as the host agency to a planning organization known as the Genesee Transportation Council.
