The After Hours Project, based in Brooklyn, NY, is dedicated to providing comprehensive health, social, and support services to individuals in underserved communities throughout Brooklyn and Queens. Their mission focuses on addressing health disparities and improving outcomes through the prevention and treatment of infectious diseases. Since its inception in 2006, the organization has conducted thousands of HIV tests annually, offered syringe exchange services to nearly 6,000 individuals, and provided case management for clients living with HIV/AIDS. Integrity, fondly referred to as Integrity House, is a therapeutic community licensed in the state of New Jersey. The organization offers long-term residential and outpatient programs for the treatment of substance abuse. It also coordinates initiatives for prerelease inmates. Integrity is committed to helping individuals change their lives. The orgainziation primarily serves underpriveleged individuals and people under the custody of the criminal justice system in the counties of Essex, Hudson and Union, N.J.
