Rapha Massage was founded to help bring balance back to the body, mind, and spirit using a blend of massage therapy techniques, stretching, and essential oils. Lauren practices out of her home space near Independence and 239th St.
Specialties
Lauren's style of treatment is integrative, combining Deep Tissue, Thai, Acupressure, Tui na, Reflexology, Sports and Swedish techniques, utilizing essential oils and stretching when indicated. She is certified in Prenatal massage, through the NCBTMB. Lauren is excited to be working as an associate of LifeLight Massage in Manhattan, on Fridays, providing specialized manual therapy for professional voice users and people managing TMJ disfunction.
