By selecting exceptional clients, our RPG is able to utilize group purchasing power to secure lower costs with financially stable insurance companies who have a commitment to the real estate industry. Underlying carriers must meet the minimum A.M. Best rating of A- VI. Presently, each of our insurance carriers are rated A or better by A.M. Best. Recently, we have added a Personal Lines Division to Vanderbilt Program.
