Rand, Arthur MD

Nicole S. Belkin, MD, an orthopedic surgeon, sports medicine specialist with expertise in non-operative and operative treatment of injuries and conditions affecting the knee, shoulder elbow, and hip. Dr. Belkin earned her medical degree from the University of Florida School of Medicine and completed her residency in Orthopedic Surgery at the University of Pennsylvania. She conducted laboratory research for an additional year at the university and won the Orthopedic Research and Education Foundation's Resident Clinician Scientist Award. Her research received both national and international recognition. Dr. Belkin completed a fellowship in Sports Medicine and Shoulder Surgery at the Hospital for Special Surgery in New York. Through this advanced training, she gained experience treating articular cartilage injuries, meniscus injury and meniscus deficiency, ligament reconstruction, patellofemoral conditions, early arthritis of the knee, shoulder dislocations and separations, rotator cuff tears, shoulder arthritis, elbow injuries and hip impingement. She is an expert in minimally invasive and arthroscopic techniques and shoulder replacements. Her clinical focus is in the treatment of ligament, cartilage, meniscus and patellofemoral injuries of the knee; rotator cuff and labrum injuries and arthritis of the shoulder; injuries and overuse conditions of the elbow and labrum injuries and impingement of the hip. Dr. Belkin provides individualized state-of-the-art care to athletes of all descriptions. She has served as an assistant team physician for the New York Giants, an associate team physician for Iona College Athletics, and an orthopedic consultant to the New York Public School Athletic League. She also served as the head team physician at Pace University.

Nadia N. Amin, MD, is a board-certified internist at NewYork-Presbyterian Medical Group Hudson Valley with a focus on health literacy. She graduated from SUNY Upstate Medical University in Syracuse, New York as a rural primary care scholar, and completed her residency training in internal medicine at Jackson Memorial Hospital at the University of Miami in Florida. As a professor at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine, Dr. Amin was awarded the coveted George Paff Teaching Award. Dr. Amin also received a commendation by the city of Miami for her extraordinary community service. In New York, Dr. Amin has shown her dedication to patient care and received national recognition for her work at Hudson Valley VA, with an award for high-performing patient aligned care. She is a member of the American College of Physicians and is currently enrolled in their physician leadership institute. She has lectured and published research on patient care, asthma, diabetes and other health conditions. Dr. Amin speaks several languages, including English, Spanish, Hindi, Urdu, and Memoni.Dr. Nadia Amin has been selected by Chancellor Betty Rosa and Interim Commissioner Shannon Tahoe to serve on the New York State Education Department’s Reopening Schools Regional Task Force. The purpose of this task force is to guide the reopening of our state's schools when it is safe to do so. Latisha Moreta, MD attained her Bachelor of Arts in Spanish from Cornell University with the goal of becoming a bilingual physician. She graduated from Georgetown University School of Medicine and subsequently completed her OBGYN residency at Mount Sinai West, followed by Medical Genetics fellowships at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. Her interests include prenatal genetics, infertility, family planning and contraception, health care disparities, and well woman care. She offers of a wide variety of services in obstetrics and gynecology and her goal is to provide evidence-based and patient-centered care.
