Jacket to have sleeves shorten from shoulder. They shorten from the sleeve and destroy a brand new jacket. The owner Ramon was nonchalant about his mistake. Would absolutely not recommend

Best tailor on the lower east side. Reasonable prices, and Ramon is a pleasure to work with. I've gone to him for alterations as well as custom work, and it always turns out great.
