Have two people working at a time. Ownership is cheap and takes shortcuts with the staffing and cleanliness.

The cashier was very slow and not helpful at all. She also had a grumpy expression and didn't treat customers politely.

This location has to be the filthiest Ralph's I've ever been in. The floor looks like it hasn't been cleaned in years. And the black mold growing in the freezer display, prompted me to walk out.

Great customer service . Delicious ices. Coconut with raspberry ice is divine. Assortment of flavors. They are not stingy with the portions.
