Sure sign of Spring..Ralph's is open now! New ownership & new staff, have turned this location around. Don't go by the previous reviews! Most are years old. New owner took over late summer 2022....

Awful. They needed to change the hot fudge as there obviously wasn't enough to make the sundae and stopped mid way through changing it while my husbands ice cream melted on the counter to help the...

Pros: -I would say Ralph has the best Italian Ice in Western Suffolk. I've gone some places out east that have done better and they can't compare to NYC but if you are in the middle of the Island...

This place is pretty awesome. They have real chunks of fruit in the Italian ice and soooo many flavors. They also have a creamed ice that's amazing. Try the coconut tart mmmmmmm Specials on...
