Why, oh why is my favorite neighborhood salon closed?? There's some crazy construction going on in all the small shops there. A sign says "temporary". I HOPE SO!!! So disappointed to encounter...

Very rude. Called ahead of time and they told me I didn't need an appointment, and that they closed at 3. I got there at 1:15, they were doing hair, and I was told they were "closed". Disgusting.
