Prompt and courteous phlebotomist. Easy to set up appt over phone. Easy check in. I had to visit Quest because neither Rochester Regional or URMC offered the test I wanted.

Can't really post a number of stars because I could not get through to them! I thought using this local business would be more convenient but there's no way to contact them directly for my doctors...
