If it wasn't for a request from my job.. I would've left. I logged to my schedule appt at 11:30 through my phone with a message that said "you do not need to log into the kiosk" waiting 20...

deserves no stars at all no receptionist slow as hell wait time is over 2 hours can't make appt at lab have to go online or call
