Clearly the stylist lacked technique and didn't seem skilled. Worst haircut I've ever got. Even at $30, it felt overpriced for the quality.

It sounds like such a stereotype, but when you want detail-oriented perfectionism, you can't go wrong with the Japanese. I'm part Japanese, so I'm invoking major heritage privilege in saying this....
