Dr. Jeremy Rosenbaum Simon is a Professor of Emergency Medicine at the Columbia University Medical Center, in addition to serving as Faculty Associate at the Columbia Center for Clinical Medical Ethics. Dr. Rosemary V. Sampogna is a board-certified nephrologist specializing in a wide range of kidney-related conditions, including chronic kidney disease, diabetic nephropathy, and kidney stones. She holds leadership positions as an Assistant Professor of Medicine at Columbia University and is affiliated with NewYork-Presbyterian Columbia University Irving Medical Center. Dr. Sampogna completed her medical education at Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons and furthered her training with a fellowship at the University of California, San Diego Medical Center.
