History

We began preparations for the truck in 2013. The truck purchase and remodeling took place at this time. The menu development and location search was the focus of the new couple years. Locations in Westchester are difficult to find, and we found one close to home in our own community! Happy Are We!!

Specialties

We are a specialty mobile food unit focused on all aspects of grilled cheese. Our menu will feature standards as well as rotating experiments that we find exciting and fun.
