This business is so terrible. I was charged for a lock that I never received and I have talked to both Kayla and the corporate people and no one is willing to give me a lock or refund my money....

This is the trashiest, most expensive place to rent in Rochester. The "property manager" is never on property and you have to make an appointment with staff to get help. Hope you're not coming...
