very straight forward. I set up my account over the phone and when I arrived I was all set. the ceilings are higher than you'd think. also nice people working there. also clean.

Great customer service via app and called directly and was pleasantly surprised by excellent customer support.

Terrible service unprofessional. Plenty of other storage to choose from don't go here.

Don't store your stuff here unless you want it destroyed by water damage. Seriously, find a different facility
