The facility is filthy. The bathrooms are always absolutely disgusting. I don't know when they were cleaned last. The elevator is gross. They lure you in with a deal and then will raise your...

Just as other reviewers state, they lure you at a great rate, then increase it 4 months later. Could at least wait to 6 months or a year! If the trend continues, I will find another storage....
