How about having your employees be somewhat informed about customer service? With the exception of Alfonso, Sam the bartender and the woman that checked us into the hotel their help was wonderful....

This is one of the worst Hotels I've stayed at in the past 29 years in NYC!!! Cold water... burnt out light bulbs that they did not repair when I kindly informed them about! Very unkind service on...
