Project Hospitality Inc

Established in 1982, Project Hospitality is a private nonprofit organization that provides health care and social services for underserved and disadvantaged people, as well as individuals who suffer from multiple diagnoses, such as HIV, substance abuse and mental illnesses. It serves the medical and housing needs of more than 5,000 individuals annually. Project Hospitality has a staff of over 300 personnel and nearly 600 student, community, religious and corporate volunteers. It offers treatment, case management and community-based residential services. The organization provides crisis intervention, referral, clinical care and health status assessment services. Additionally, it also provides chemical dependency prevention, outreach, meal and nutritional counseling services. Project Hospitality is located in Staten Island, N.Y.
